The Village facilities
Hotel
Our ten charming hotel rooms are located within the village and have been obtained from an old farmhouse with its original outdoor loggia. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge and hairdryer. Breakfast and half board (Dinner) can be booked when completing the booking.
Chalet
We have 15 cozy chalets equipped with every comfort: heating, TV, hairdryer, fridge, outdoor patio with table and chairs and equipped kitchenette. The chalet consist of two bedrooms, communicating chalets upon request, one
chalet is a double room with the possibility to use kitchenette and the other chalet cam accomodate up to 4 persons. Each room has a private bathroom, bed sheets and towels. We have two types of chalet available:
standard and superior. The difference is in the interior furnishings. It is possible to book: Hotel formula or residence formula. The hotel formula provides for the provision bed sheets, towels and courtesy bathroom kit, which can be replaced free of charge at the request of the customer but does not provide for the daily cleaning or use of the kitchenette, it is possible with this formula upon a request the breakfast and a half board (dinner).
The Residence formula is a more economic which does not included for the daily cleaning of the rooms or the replacement of towels and can instead have an equipped kitchenette upon request for a more flexible experience during your stay.
The residence formula does include bed sheets, towels and courtesy bathroom kit
Mobile homes
Our mobile homes are perfect for those who love to spend a camping holiday in a comfortable and enjoyable caravan with outdoor patio with table and chairs and the convenience of toiletries, towels and bedlinen.
Mobile Home SUNFLOWER (Burstner): two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a living room with kitchen and heating.
Mobile Home IRIS (Shellbox): larger spaces, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with up to 3 beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, heating and hairdryer.
Camping site
Flat surfaced shady grass pitches, fitted with 6 Amp electricity with various sizes between 60 and 100 Sqm. Common sanitary facilities complete with toilets, showers, washroom with sinks , laundry room with sinks, hot water included. No tokens. Chemic W.C disposal for camper and camper service, washing machines and dryers, barbeque facilities and spacious free parking area.
A comfortable short stay gravel surfaced camper stop area with 3 Amp electricity included.
Large group tents equipped with 14 bunk-beds with mattresses and equipped kitchens for groups with indoor dining space and tables and wooden benches.
Restaurant & Pizza
Open every day, the restaurant-pizzeria with a wood-burning oven offers a menu with typical Umbrian dishes and with new proposals, prepared with high quality products and at km 0, from Spello extra virgin olive oil to Colfiorito potatoes , from Montefalco wine to Norcia cheeses and salami. Large indoor rooms and a large gazebo for the summer season with a small space to entertain the little ones.
Services
Swimming pool
Open from June to September, adult swimming pool and kids pool. Spacious solarium area with sunbeds and umbrellas, a bar, hot showers and changing rooms available.
Shuttle bus service
A comfortable daily shuttle service departs 4 times a day, including bank holidays, to take you to the city center of Assisi (during local events the shuttle bus departs more than 4 times). Shuttle service for railway station/ airport on request
Children’s playground
A playground for your kids secure and safe away from the cars. Green volley court and futsal court, ping- pong table and bocce court.
Few walks away to the 10 km green path along the stream where you can Jog, walk or bike under the shade of Oak trees. Bike rent available with advance booking.
From June to September kids summer camp for children from 3 to 10 years old. Daily activities from 8.00am to 6.00pm. will involve your children to have fun with supervised activities while you can enjoy visiting the town.

Pizza Restaurant
Opened every day with wood fired pizza oven, offers menu with traditional Umbrian food. Prepared with high quality local products like extra vierge olive oil from Spello, red potatoes from Colfiorito, wines from Montefalco and Cheese and ham from Norcia.
Spacious indoor dining rooms and outdoor gazebo during summer season with space to entertain the kids.
WineBar | Pub
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel facing a panoramic view on Assisi, WineBar/Pub “Il Cavatappi” is the cosy place where we serve daily buffet breakfast. Moreover, enjoy a warm croissant and Italian espresso coffee from the bar or taste evening aperitif with selections of local wines, finger foods, local cheese and ham and typical torta al testo.
Market
Inside the Bar/Pub there is a mini market for you to buy the essentials, fruit, vegetables and bread. Open daily from 7.30am to 9.00pm.
Dog Area
Your four-legged friends are welcome. A spacious fenced green area to run and play and a Dog-sitting service on request, are available.
